The main difference between the two telescopes is the general built or optical design. The 130 SLT is a newtonian reflector while the 127 SLT is a maksutov-cassegrain. As their names suggest the 127 SLT has an apperture of 127mm while the 130 SLT model has an aperture of 130mm.
